Listen to the Hearfelt Wishes and Care for the Growth of Newly-recruitted Graduates in 2019
The Administrative Office organized and held the symposium for newly recruited graduates at No.500 conference room at 3:00pm on Oct 25, 2019. The President Guan Yangchun and Vice-general Manager Yin Yuwu attended the symposium, which was hosted by Chai Li, the Director of Administrative Office. We have launched friendly exchanges on work and life with the 23 representatives of college students from all companies and departments in an equal , relaxed and open atmosphere, all the students deeply felt the senses of existence and belonging physically and mentally at Hicorp .
Taking the theme of “Remain True to Our Original Aspiration, and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind”, the Leaders knew the study and life of the newly recruited students from many respective, listened to their insights and understandings since joined in Hicorp. All the attended students talked freely , and shared their feelings about work and life at Hicorp , and they expressed that they would constantly improve their learning and technology ability, work hard, endeavor to the centennial development of Hicorp.
At the symposium, our President Guan Yangchun given an in-depth analysis on our current situation at domestic and international market and development direction, he pointed out that our company had entered into strategic era after product and marketing eras, we should constantly move forward to the brand era, and then put forward ardent hope for all students. He requested all the students to play an active and creative roles in their work, invest in the team work with new looks, cherish their jobs, be young and energetic employees. The students should strengthen learning, adapt to the post requirements, and integrate into the new collective with corrective attitudes. They also should be good at thinking, diligent in practice and become the practical and hardworking employees. We should forge ahead and keep running, and we are all dreamcatchers.
The Vice-general Manager Yi Yuwu put forward requirements for the students at the symposium, he courage all students to deeply understand our “Original Aspiration and Mission”: “The Hicorp Employees and Shareholders Live with More Dignity , and Made in China to Win the World Respect!”, to improve work from details, focus on customers, give full play to talents in their own work, and make efforts in “ “Intelligently Manufacturing in Hicorp” from “Made in Hicorp” to attract the international attention, which had been devoted to by several generations !
